1 General Overview & Eligibility
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between the Score365 platform ("we", "us", or "Score365") and the member ("you" or "user"). 4 Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy
Score365 supports all major mobile banking methods in Bangladesh — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and direct bank transfer.

- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

6 Betting Rules & Results

- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless a cash-out option is available.
- If a bet is not accepted during live betting due to a technical error or delay, it will be considered void.
- If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
- Score365 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds affected by a Palpable Error.
- If an event in an accumulator bet is cancelled, that leg will be settled at odds of 1.0.

7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Score365 platform:

12 Account Suspension & Closure

- At the member's own request.
- Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period (24 months) will be declared dormant.
Upon account closure, any valid balance will be returned; however, funds associated with bonuses may be forfeited.
